The creation of each piece typically takes several days, depending on the complexity and current stock status.

Are all your pieces identical?No, since each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and shape may occur. These differences add value and authenticity, making each work unique.

Can I customize an art piece?Yes, we offer customization options to meet your specific preferences. This includes modifications in design, colors, and materials. Custom pieces may take a bit longer to create based on the details of your request.

How should I care for my artwork?To prolong the life of your creation, avoid direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight or extreme humidity. Clean your piece with a soft, dry cloth.

Are your products always in stock?Due to the unique and handmade nature of our products, availability may vary. Some pieces are limited editions or exclusive commissions and may not be available for immediate restocking. If an item is not in stock, the creation process usually takes a few days, with an estimated completion time provided upon order.

How can I purchase an artwork or place a custom order?You have two options: You can choose from a selection of ready-made artworks that are handcrafted and available for immediate purchase, or you can place a custom order, known as a commission, where we work closely with you to bring your unique vision to life. Whether you prefer something already created or want something tailored just for you, we're here to make it happen.

How long does it take to complete and ship an artwork?For custom artworks, the creation process typically takes between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity and size of the piece, before it’s ready for shipment. If you purchase one of our ready-made artworks, the processing time is much shorter; once payment is received, the piece will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination: North America: 5-10 business days Europe: 7-15 business days Other regions: Times may vary, but we will use the most reliable and cost-effective shipping option available.

Do you offer international shipping?Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the location. We will provide you with all the necessary information once your order is ready to ship.

Can I request modifications after the artwork has started?Yes, we accept modifications within a reasonable time frame after the project has started. However, significant change requests may affect the delivery time and could incur additional costs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
